What we collect

When you request a quote or place an order we collect the details needed to produce and deliver it: your name, company, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and the artwork files you upload. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. Like most websites we also collect basic analytics such as pages visited and device type.

How we use it

• To prepare proofs, produce, ship and support your order
• To answer your questions and send order updates
• To keep approved artwork on file so reorders match, unless you ask us to delete it
• To send occasional offers if you subscribe to our newsletter (unsubscribe at any time)
• To improve the website and prevent fraud

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to fulfil your order: payment processing, shipping carriers, our email provider, and the hosting and analytics tools that run this site. We do not sell your information.

Your artwork

Uploaded files are used only to prepare and print your order and are visible only to our production team. Email us to have files removed from our records.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences and measure site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart and checkout may not work without them.

Your choices
