1. Who we are

DFW Print Wear (“we”, “us”) provides custom-printed apparel to businesses, organizations and individuals. By placing an order or requesting a quote on this website you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes, proofs and approval

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Every order receives a digital proof showing artwork placement, size and garment color. Production begins only after you approve the proof. You are responsible for checking spelling, colors, sizes and quantities on the proof; approved proofs are printed as shown.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted per piece and depend on garment, quantity, print locations and artwork. Payment is due at checkout unless net terms have been agreed in writing. Prices exclude applicable sales tax and shipping unless stated.

4. Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logos, names, images and text you submit, and that printing them does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to use your artwork to produce your order and to show the finished product in your proof. We keep approved artwork on file to make reorders easier; ask us at any time to delete it.

5. Production and delivery

Standard production is 3–5 business days after proof approval, plus transit time for shipped orders. Dates given are estimates; rush production may be available for an additional fee. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier or collected.

6. Custom orders, cancellations and returns

Custom-printed items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as size, fit or change of mind. Orders may be cancelled at no charge before proof approval. If we make a mistake, or an item arrives defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or refund the affected pieces. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

7. Garment availability and substitutions

Garments come from third-party suppliers and stock can change. If an item becomes unavailable we will offer the closest equivalent or a refund for that line.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events or lost revenue.
